bike Restriction

Hi when you pass your provisional licence at 16 i know your bike must be under 50cc but i was wondering if you would be albe to ride a cross bike like this https://www.50cc-motorcycles.com/cgi-bin/bikeDB.pl?bike_id=45 under your provisional licence.

I was wondering because there are allot of people who are riding around on cross bikes with L plates so im assuming they are on provisional.

At sixteen, i think it goes that the bike must 50cc's or less and not capable of exceeding 31mph.

So providing that it meets the above criteria, they're ok
