Clutch help (my zx9r 99)

Can anyone help me please! Not sure if I need a clutch/cable/both or just adjustment? Clutch is not slipping ATM but I only have a very small bite area(very small)! Noticed I can pull level good 1-2 inch bot ore only thing happens,during that space the arm on the casing is moving but no clutch engagement? Hope u understand me lol I'll try and post a video later if that might help? (I have after market levels,they are set to 6 and thing else it's had to select gear and Netrual!
