Yahama RXS100 indicators only light at low rpm

I had an issue with the rectifier not function and allowing to much voltage through but since fixing that and getting 7-8 volts from the battery, the indicators only light at low rpms (a little higher than idle).

My bulbs in the speedo etc where blow but i dont think that had much to do with it.

Anyone have any ideas?
