Put together by a guy at Harvard university, it's a measure of how good a country is for its people.

eg The US boasts of huge economic and military power, but still 1 in 5 lack Internet access and ranked something like 70th in the ranks of 'best education', so they have some way to come before they can boast of being the best for their people.

New Zealand is 1st.
The UK is 13th.
