I feel like perhaps I should say hello having been a member for a few months but only really posting comments now and again. As I've just passed my Mod 1 I feel like I should say a proper hello.

Passed on my second attempt and I'm so pleased. I took it on Monday just gone too but managed to boot a cone on the swerve test which was pretty annoying. I realised where I went wrong straight away, my clocked speed was 59kph which I controlled today and passed through at 51. Hopefully a lesson or two more and I'll be passing Mod 2.

Anyway, that's it, I really just wanted to tell some more people that I passed Mod 1 Rolling Eyes

And Mod 2 Very Happy

Thanks

I had to swerve to the left. The examiner did say to keep my feet in this time. I don't think I was hovering on the brakes, certainly not conciously.

Damn silly waste of a morning. Ah well, it's done, you can get on with actual riding. It'll be worth it when you hear those magic words "I'm pleased to tell you..."

Good job Thumbs Up

Took me two attempts as well - I went too slow on my first try Embarassed

Three attempts if you include being refused entry for a flat tyre I got on the way to the test on one attempt Shifty

Mod 2 is a lot less stressful I would say - just stay as calm as possible and think ahead about what you need to be doing with signals/position etc so the examiners happy.

Just passed mod 2, so happy Smile No minors, only one observation that I could ideally get up to speed quicker but that was it. Enjoyed the ride round.

This is it, I'm out on my own...when I get a bike Smile

Just passed my Module 1 at second attempt. Now looking for Module 2 tests. I have limited holidays and the web site says there is an extra charge for Saturday tests but cannot find a centre that does Saturday tests!! Anyone help preferably Midlands or South Midlands.
