My textiles do this too! See my post for a starting point:

Being the noob, I compared my problem to other people riding, and most riders' trousers tend to be higher than I'd like. Is this a common problem? ____________________ Bike: CBF125 |

I' waiit to be corrected here - But I don't think it has much to do with boots. All my textile trousers fit terribly/ride up. This is one of the main reasons I prefer my one piece leathers - Tucked inside my boots they don't shift an inch and the leg armour sits and stays in place [tested one so far ].
I do use my textiles a fair bit, but even after finding a 'well fitting pair' as a skinny person - which took long enough, I don't have that much faith in them staying in place and protecting my kneecaps to be honest.
Your boots appear to be fairly tall and on par with most 'track boots' already from the measurement you gave. If they're riding up half the boot; I get that all the time in textiles. If they're coming over the top of the boot you must have some really tight-ass spandex trousers I expect |
