electric front wheel for cycle 20"

I have 2 wheels for sale. both 250w, 20".

One has a split rim, faulty from new so will need a new rim or build it to a different size wheel, other is fine to use as is with just a few scratches on the rim.

Both from nearly new bikes with very low miles.
