I thought that was a good video, straight and to the point.

I have ridden far to many times whilst tired. The worst was when I was pretty much out on my legs. Got on the bike at 1am, mustn't of realised I had knocked the lights off. Took 7 miles before I realised which was when I was going down an unlit dual carriageway thinking, this is a bit eerie.

Not good........................
