Ways to Scare a Tit Away? Going F****** Mental!

Hi,

Back in beautiful Norway where absolutely everything decent about life is sucked away from you and the only reason for a foreigner to be here (or to be stuck here), is due to a pretty girl.

Anyway, one thing I despise about the northern hemisphere is the little tit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tit_(bird)) which has the most annoying call and wakes me up every morning without fail. At the moment it's 5.45am and it'll continue getting earlier until it's 3am here. Doesn't matter how tired I am or what ear plugs I use, this f****** thing cuts through my sleep like a knife at the first alarm clock like whistle.

So, short of getting a gun and shooting it (I'm close to doing, but currently in a built up area, and Norwegians will shit themselves and call the cops if they even suspect of such a thing), any good ideas?

Some people have mentioned laser pointers but not sure that's a long term solution. Ideally I'd like to catch it so I can set it on fire.
