 |

Ok, I'm taking delivery of an 1198s with a few extra doohickys, and it arrives next week some time.
I got it blind, I've never seen it, and I'm looking at the pictures of it.
Found one of the dash etc, and there's 2 buttons that I'm not sure of, and they don't seem to be on any other 848's/1098/1198's or anything.
So...
Enlighten me.
It's the two on the LH switch gear, (green and blue)
I'm guessing it's something to do with the traction control, but I'm not sure.

there's a wire coming out of them, and you can see the clutch M/C bolts underneath it.
edit:
my bad, should have googled harder.
It is for the traction control.

adjustment for the sensitivity of it. Not sure why the other ones I looked at didn't have it though. ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles. Where are you located?
I've got my owners manual if you need more. |
One of the keys, along with the manual are in the post on the way to me, cheers for the offer though. Are you sure that's the case though? because there's up and down buttons on the switch gear that I thought that was for, and I found a seperate TC module that has these exact buttons as part of the kit.

soon as it arrives, I'm going to put up a swap ad for a set of stock termis or something. If i wanted a giant excessively foreskinned metal dick stuck to the side of my bike, I'd have bought a harley.
I never had a problem in the UK about loud pipes, and I haven't yet in Aus, so I doubt it'll be a problem. ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles.
