Bit of dafuq on my Ducati 1198S

Ok, I'm taking delivery of an 1198s with a few extra doohickys, and it arrives next week some time.
I got it blind, I've never seen it, and I'm looking at the pictures of it.

Found one of the dash etc, and there's 2 buttons that I'm not sure of, and they don't seem to be on any other 848's/1098/1198's or anything.

So...

Enlighten me.

It's the two on the LH switch gear, (green and blue)

I'm guessing it's something to do with the traction control, but I'm not sure.

Are you sure they're buttons and not bolt infills? They look to be in the same position and a pair of bolts on the opposite handle.

there's a wire coming out of them, and you can see the clutch M/C bolts underneath it.

It is for the traction control.

adjustment for the sensitivity of it. Not sure why the other ones I looked at didn't have it though.

They're for cycling through the screens - TC, quickshifter, data logging, milage(s) etc. they're pretty intuitive to use when you get it to be fair, you'll soon pick it up.
Where are you located?
I've got my owners manual if you need more.

soon as it arrives, I'm going to put up a swap ad for a set of stock termis or something. If i wanted a giant excessively foreskinned metal dick stuck to the side of my bike, I'd have bought a harley.

I never had a problem in the UK about loud pipes, and I haven't yet in Aus, so I doubt it'll be a problem.
