How much difference is there?

J&S are selling the Pro for the same price as the Tractech jacket, I prefer the look of the Tractech, but if the Pro is a lot better then obviously I'd get that.

The pro has more venting and shoulder armor. I'd say get the pro but they are both very good Thumbs Up You should also get an additional thermal liner included in the pro.
