Not 100 percent as I haven't worked on either bike. Going from the parts fische's here
https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb200-general-export_model16412/partslist/F05.html#results
Part# 17050354000EC [CB200 tank part number]

It appears probably not, as all the tank parts number for the CM's here are different.

Is it to replace a rusted tank - I managed to fix up a rusted SB200 tank on deaths-door into working order [just Laughing]. Might be easier and cheaper to look down that route if parts aren't easily available to replace it.

Held on with two rubber door-stops in C cups at the front, and a single bolt at the back.
Most tanks from back-bone frame bikes can be made to fit other back-bone frame bikes, with a little adaptation.
CB200 and CM200 aren't all that closely related; but back-bone length will be close, so cup to bolt length should be close.
Worth a shot. Some-times trying it is the only way to answer such questions... or a tape measure....

Thanks for the reply Teflon-Mike. looking at the price of a cb200 tank i might just stick with the cm 200 tank and ace bars and cafe racer seat now.
