So, I have sold the Varadero 125 and bought an NTV650.
I call Swinton, ask for Varadero to be taken off policy and NTV added, but just fire and theft as it will be in the garage until I pass imminent test (or retakes).
Swinton tell me they can't cover me until I have passed test. Put me on to Bikesure.
Nice lady called Annabel sorts me out with cover I need and says I have 60 days to pass my test. Hurrah!
Back to Swinton to cancel policy. Am told it will cost £50.00 so to do.
The policy costs me £9.00 a month. There is 1 month left on it.

Is it me?

(I didn't cancel policy, but what is this crap and does it matter that I have an insurance policy on a bike I no longer own??).

A month left to go, unlikely to have any issues unless buyer is uninsured and crashes into someone.

I've had bikes insured for months after selling them.
