I've bought a few project basket cases from the EU and the USA and never had issue registering them these were very old vehicles and none of them ever had papers.

But now they have this new NOVA system which has me somewhat concerned.

Anyway spotted a cheap total basket case early 60s Honda in the States, really just a frame with a few bits and bobs.

Question is if I imported project this as a private individual what on earth do I do with NOVA? And who decides the value of the taxation I am due, given that it is missing an engine and really is just a frame?

Hi

Not sure on the tax, but the big problem with Nova is that if you do bring it in and then delay getting Nova sorted the penalties are very over the top.

All the best
