Anyone used this retailer before?

https://www.redracingparts.com/english/motorbikesmotorcycles/introducingpages/11/22/hotproducts.php

Can't find much to be said about them, positive or negative, but want to buy something from them. It's a good price but still a couple hundred quid so wanted to check none of the collective wisdom is aware of any horror stories.

I generally feel safe since will be using credit card, but am always wary of sites which don't have a telephone number I can ring in case of problems.

Nothing desperate but been looking to upgrade ffrom stock exhaust for a while and someone on another forum spotted a termignoni slip on on there which looks quite nice and fits nicely price wise between outrageously expensive akra and scorpians and cheaper rubbish looking ones.

We're in the common market, we might as well get some use out of it. I buy my Tucano stuff direct from Italy.

I've got no experience of that lot though, and would prefer to buy via eBay and PayPal which offer pretty hassle-free protection.

Over £100 on a credit card should be just fine though, go for it.

I just recently made the a purchase at Red Racing Parts. Ordered a seat cowl hoping to save some money on 12/19/14. Went through their weird credit card system to pay for it. A week later they say I didn't pay. I send them a screenshot of the payment hitting my card. They agree to ship the part. A week later I ask for a tracking number. He says it'll ship in a few days. I email again in a few days and he send me a copy of a shipping receipt for Poste Italiane. I contact Poste Italiane for tracking info. They have no information for that shipping receipt. I contact Red Racing (Giovanni) and he says the shipping company lost my shipment. He says he needs to get another one and ship it and says he won't use that shipping company anymore. I wait longer. Eventually he produces another shipping receipt (Poste Italiane....go figure). I wait a day again and Poste Italiane has no information on that shipment. I contact Red Racing again and tell him I want a refund. I tell him I prefer paypal. He says they'll refund me and asks if my credit card is still valid and not expired. I tell him it is. If things go as I read on other forums with this company he's going to ask me for a picture of my credit card....at which point I'm going to tell him that's not happening. DO NOT USE RED RACING! They're liars and have horrible customer service. IF I get my refund I'll consider myself lucky and consider it a cheap lesson learned. Now to copy this over to some other forums and maybe save some other people the trouble of dealing with this company. Here it is 2 months later with no part and just hoping to get my refund.

You mean two posts from 12 and 13 years ago?

Fisty confirms, but archaeologically old intardtubes posts are not generally compelling.

Rated helpful even though technically it was to late to help me...

I ordered. They gave me a shipping date. They missed shiiping date. gave me another. Missed it again. And another. Supposedly hit the third delivery date (32 days since my order- estimate was 6) but gave no tracking info.

Still not received a week later ; Charge back in progress.
