Any body going?
I shall be there Playing Motoball (google it).
It seems to have lost a bit of it`s shine over the last few years but I still like it.
Plenty of stalls and the chance of a bargian if you catch them right?

Hopefully I can get a few bits at the auto-jumble Thumbs Up

Probably will take the boy up there with me on the Sunday.

Stunt show should be worth a look, and we can have a good laugh at you lot playing Motoball Wink

I haven't been for the past couple of years because I got a bit bored of it, but it could be time to give it another go.

They charge too much, by the time I've done the miles to get there, room for the night and been raped to get in, makes for an expensive weekend.

I used to go every year but not been for several now.

I'll be going on here Saturday taking a mate pillion as I need a new lid and he's never been before.

Used to go to both the May and sept show but as others have said it's gotten boring. Never go to the September show anymore it's always rubbish without the manufacturers village.

I'll only go to the May show now to see my dad and if I need some kit. Shame really it used to be awesome.

Now Carlos has posted in this thread it has reminded me I forgot to pre order tickets. More expensive now so even less desire to go, however, I will make the effort.

£19 on the gate? The weekend is forecast to be nice, so I think I'm better off spending that on fuel, with fish and chips at the coast.

I think I've found my destination for the weekend. £5 camping, £3 admission.

Daylight robbery trying to get into that place now.. still went for a gander.

Shame Triumph weren't there again.

And i do miss the old hein gericke tent, you could get bargains in there!!! Got jackets and boots a few years back for kinda like £30.. bargain prices.

Now, there was a stall selling old hein gericke stuff for £200...

Did get some (i think) bargains though!

Set of drifts for £3

https://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc49/Evil_Sheep117/Random/IMG_0183_zpsa8ad95f9.jpg

Pair of Scott leather gloves for £20

https://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc49/Evil_Sheep117/Random/IMG_0182-Copy_zps593174c9.jpg

Some Abus disk locks.. that are worth a fair bit more then i paid. Got them for a tenner each, alarms all still working with 2 keys each

https://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc49/Evil_Sheep117/Random/IMG_0180_zps9e611651.jpg

Some fork oil and engine cleaner for a fiver

https://i214.photobucket.com/albums/cc49/Evil_Sheep117/Random/IMG_0184-Copy_zpsed8ddcf0.jpg

And in the adventure area got chatting to a few of them about their travels.. this dvd seemed a good watch..

Anyone else get anything good?

I got:
Summer Spada Jacket
Soft hit hammer with changeable faces
Mini-Vice
Bottle of Muck Off
Rossi framed print
Cable Ties
Funnel
Mr.whippy with a flake!!!

Overall I feel more and more disappointed each time I go. So many "dodgy" places selling leathers and textiles that if you then read the label it clearly says not for road use but is for snowboarding etc....

Was a good mooch around regardless, just hated having to queue 30 mins to get in!!

Well that went well for me NOT!.

Saturday morning I was doing a little bit of tuition for people who wanted to have a go trying out motoball.
The grass was still damp and the tyres were still to hard and I ended up on the floor with a 10 inch gash in my leg and a back-to-front ankle Shocked Shocked

To make things worse , I could`nt find anything that I wanted to buy.
160 mile round trip to get my leg and ankle mangled Evil or Very Mad
