Could a 100/80 17 tyre fit a front wheel of a CB500.

My front tyre has a puncture and a friend of mine has a new Michelin Pilot street lying around he is willing to give me.

Fit, yes. Would I, no.

You are making it narrower, it will sit on the rim but you'll wreck what handling it does have.

It'll dive into corners pretty damn quick. I would use it but only 'cos I'm a cheapskate. Try it & see if you like it whilst you get yours plugged. Otherwise, sell it to me Mr. Green
