Fork identification

Can anyone identify what fork this is? The bike is around 2003 but the fork isn't original. I know the pic is next to useless but its the best I have.

They strike me as an oem fitment from some random donor tbh, they look too budget to be a transplant from a posher Super V and the lack of adjustability or disc mounting points has me doubting they are a retail part.

Bike bought, forks are extremely budget so will be binned.

Now I just have to decide what to replace them with...
