As a fellow Lincolnshire resident I can confirm that there are sod all gear shops here! The nearest J&S to Lincs is in Nottingham, as far as I am aware that is the nearest proper place for gear. Unless you want to go to one of the bike dealers, but their selections tend to be a bit lacking in comparison.

Not a problem - try and get to one of the bigger ones if you can, they've got a load more stock. Nothing wrong with the smaller ones, but more is always better Thumbs Up

Only by about a mile or so. J&S in Doncaster should be about the same travel time (just under the hour). Doncaster maybe better store for choice as also sell bikes (although I haven't been to either, just J&S in Leeds).

Have you tried GearChange up the A15* in Scunthorpe?

HTH Thumbs Up

* I like riding the A15, except for all the speed cameras. Somehow seeing the signs for Spital in the Street always makes me smile. A bit like in East Riding and spotting the signs for WetWang Very Happy
