We have bought a Garmin Zumo 660 (sat nav) to use with our BT next intercoms. Zumo works fine when my husband is on the bike on his own, he can hear directions loud & clear but when I am a pillion & we both have intercoms on he can't hear the Zumo. Presume it is user error? Any ideas pls are we are going on a biker holiday on Monday Smile

Have you got the plugs in the right place?
Can you hear when he isn't on the system?
Is one of you transmitting and so blocking the system?
Zumo are fairly easy to use. There is a website for Zumo with a few geeks on there who know EVERYTHING about the Zumo.

Is your Blue tooth over riding the system?

I use Autocom, old fashioned with wires, but it works.

The problem is more likely to be the configuration of your intercoms than the zumo - how exactly it does multiplexing between bluetooth audio and pillion comms.

Of course zumo forum may have ideas on this so not a bad place to check out anyway.
