Hi all, i'm completely new here so sorry if this is a repeated post I'm sure you get this all the time, however;

I'm looking to start riding, i'm going to go in for my CBT soon - im not sure how it works, ive read up etc and i know you can pass it in 1 day, you get a certificate of which allows you over the age of 16 to drive a bike with "L" Plates visible (im 23 btw).

I'm currently looking at bikes and insurance etc to price how much its all going to cost but for some reason i have it in my head having a CBT on a provisional license i can only drive a 50cc and no more... am i right in thinking this? I've read elsewhere (Yahoo answers) that you can ride up to a 125 because of my age...

To be honest im rather confused on it all and thought this would of course be the best place to ask.

Thanks all and sorry if my first post has been confusing ha.
