Japanese market CG. I had a 2001 exactly the same as that. Been told a fair amount where imported by David Silvers.

Of course it could be a Chinese copy. But if it is the same as mine, I had no quality issues in the year I owned it.

I think it's a "real" Honda in the sense that the Honda branding is real. I dunno what I'd answer to the insurance question "is it an import?" though.
