I have a 1996/7 Honda CB400 SF - in good shape other than a few cosmetic issues. The fork leg lowers are mottled looking - I've tried polishing them with Autosol but it makes no difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated Smile

Take all the lacquer off first with nitromotors then polish them.

Fine grade wet and dry to remove laquer, then polish!
Less faff than nitromors!

Once done you'll have to polish regularly to keep the shine, or laquer them, reapeat ad nauseam! Laughing
