Have had a wobble on the front and saw this Cleaning Brake Discs and will be giving it a try as I couldn't find any warping in my discs.

Do you have floating or solid discs?

If you have floating discs, then cleaning up the linkage as shown in the video may help. If you have solid discs, then the problem is more likely to be corrosion where the disc seats on the wheel. The fix is to take the disc off and clean back any corrosion to bright clean metal, then refit the disc.
