I have one of these:

https://www.wemoto.com/wem/pic/z3.jpg

But the exhaust system is beyond repair now.

I have been able to finds these:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151310270026?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261384264100?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

But the second listing says this if for a 1988-1995 bike, which would suggest either that it's no compatible, or it just came from a 1988-1995 model, and if it does fit a 97 model, the seller just doesn't know it is compatible.

I was able to find this:

https://www.barracudaexhaust.com/Barracuda-RS3-Series-Suzuki-GSX-600-F-92-97-4-1-Fullsystem-Road-Legal-EEC-ABE-homologated

Which is a stainless system that fits models made in the years 1992-1997, which would suggest that the two exhausts above on ebay, should infact fit.

Can anybody offer any help or advice regarding this, because it's a lot of cash to waste on an exhaust if it won't fit, but at the same time, they're few and far between.

Thanks all.

I've just found this:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vance-Hines-SS2-R-Performance-Exhaust-System-Fits-88-97-Suzuki-GSX600F-Katana-/360931332651?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item54092f122b

A fully stainless system that works out as a total of 250 pound delivered.

But my bike has two exhaust "cans" forgive my lack of correct terminology here, where as this has just one. But according to their compatibility drop down menu at the bottom. It does seem that it would solve my problem.

Would this seem like a good solution?

Thanks.

I think I'm going to go with option:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141298264096?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

It's £310, and sold from the UK (no import tax).

But would somebody please confirm that it is fine to remove an exhaust that has two tail-pipes, and fit a system that has just one?

Cheers.

It's a tough question to answer without having owned that specific bike but I agree with your reasoning in the first post that any of them should fit.

Thanks.

I've actually just bought the two pipes off ebay in my original post.

I figured with them off the bike, I can give them a good clean, some BBQ paint, and that should get me by for a few years. I'll probably want a newer bike next year or the year after anyway.

Thanks again.
