Regardless of how long this is actually away from working/trying...

If you were wedged up and the proceedure was 100% safe, would you pay to have your head transplanted on to a "donor" body, that's better than yours?

Interesting though, effectively a cure for anything!

You have cancer, they can't remove it, so they transplant your head on to a healthy body.

Disabled people become abled again, etc.

Think of the options if they refine it further to just the brain... transgender people could find someone else to swap bodies with.
