Moto Journal is in the shops every Thursday.
The bike isn't a whore, but I think in this context, a jack of all trades.
The motor is quite lively, it's quite comfortable. They'd like a little more protection from the elements, it's funny looking.
Sporty yet minimalist at the same time. Radial brakes, Michelin rubber.
The suspension is a little soft.
In summary:
Get a load of Yamaha sponsored riders to wax lyrical about the new product and generally hoon around and have a laugh on all types of surface - you too can do this if you can afford all the different sets of tyres. Note Rossi has nothing to say - peutetre parce que il ne parlez pa la Francais.
Personal view: Yeh, the looks are a bit weird, but I'm more into performance than aesthetics. If it works well enough, it can Look like Jodie Marsh for me. As for ground clearance, it looks quite narrow, making up for the low exhausts. Belly pan? You'll probably find that in the accessories catalogue.
Also, can someone explain why exactly it's 300 quid cheaper in France?
Kudos for the Green Day track.
EDIT: These are the ramblings of an inebriated man. Just finished a night shift, pay day, pass 24 hour Tesco on the way home. |

That's how you test a bike!
Off topic - in the road section, were those Furygan Jeans the rider was wearing? Been looking for a pair of decently cut kevlar jeans and they look spot on!! ____________________ 00 Honda VFR800 | 09 Aprilia Tuono Factory
