Maybe this is what back protectors are for: https://youtu.be/3MEQESHt9Rk

The biker said:

I was taking frustrations out on my bike. Not smart. I admitted to police I was speeding. I had no idea I was being followed. Once police came. Tried my best to Co operate... Guess it might of been that time of month for my boy in blue. https://bit.ly/1UR4SVR

The cops disagreed:
Quote:
In an emailed statement, Const. Brian Montague said the man wasn’t only speeding, but also trying to avoid cops. “The operator of the motorbike had fled from and was evading police,” Montague said. “ He was not only putting his life, but the life of many others at risk of injury or death by operating a vehicle in a dangerous manner, which is a criminal offence. The driver was quickly arrested to ensure there was no continued danger to the public. Police don’t have to use force when someone complies with the directions of officers.” Montague also said a knife was removed from the man. https://bit.ly/1NpUIdi

But they didn't have their blue lights on when their car appeared in the video...and a witness said they didn't have their siren on https://bit.ly/1YkDoH5 And where is their dashcam footage of the "evading"? Hmmm.
