My brother had a crash on Sunday, now he's unsure as to whether he was insured or not when he crashed (he's very sure he was, but is having doubts as his insurance typically needs renewing this time of year).
Assuming the police ran checks on the remainders of his bike when would he expect to hear from the police if he wasn't insured, it's been 3 days already. Also, is there anyway he can check if he is insured or not? He can't for the life of him remember who he's insured with and could not find anything in his emails.

Will prob's make another thread on the crash (bike's a write off and he wasn't wearing proper gear, will upload some pics on new post)

Inb4 "you should always check that your insured before riding, he's giving us bikers a bad name" I agree, he should of checked but, the bottom line is he didn't Rolling Eyes

You can use AskMID to see if the vehicle is showing as insured, it'll give an indication if nothing else.
