2001 zx6r tyre pressures and wheel wobble

Hi all just wondering what the tyre pressures should be on my 2001 zx6r also i know this is naughty to ask but i just had my front brakes overhauled with new master kit and new seals in pistons, i have great brakes but today got a bit excited with my right hand (giggerty) and anything 100mph or above the front wheel wobbles alot, any help please

Tyre pressures depend on many many things but as an 11 stone weakling I used to run 32/34 on my zx6r on pirelli diablos.

As for the wheel wobble it's probably an out of balance front tyre or a wheel bearing on its way.

Well id say without getting a tyre deptb gauge out it has around 4mm left the tyres is a dunlop sportmax 120/70/17 and im 5ft 8 and 12.8 stone but fairly stong

35psi when hot, front and rear.

The wheel wobbling, have any of the stick on weights that are for balancing it fallen off?

The tire seems to be gone. I've got this on my zxr at the moment, it starts around 100 mph and stops at 120+mph. The tire is not round anymore due to intense braking when the tire was cold. It's nothing to worry about, it happens a lot. If you spin the tire while the wheel is in the air you'll see the tire is not round = not balanced.

If you had low front tire pressure, it'd have wobbled during deceleration, not acceleration.

There isnt any weights on the front wheel at all, can see some on the back but didnt know if fronts needed any??

I just follow the 36/42 (well it says 41) from the book on my J1.

Currently have Conti Motion's on it now and they feel great... especially for the cheaper end of the spectrum of tyres.

Check they are balanced correctly as previously mentioned, especially if they have 4mm of tread left..
