Looks too thin to be powder coat? Do they just spray them?

Mine has a few wee scuffs from the gravel trap, and wondering how to touch up?

Isn't just a satin black paint? It won't be powder coat as std. I reckon you could get some paint mixed up to match if you can't get any from Honda that is?
