Hi I recently bought a 1982 Suzuki A100 Special to restore for my wife to learn to ride on .
My problem is I cant find a workshop or parts manual for this model does anyone out there know where I can get these manuals
I have already looked on this forum and many search engine's unsuccessfully.

would earlier model manuals use the same parts or are some interchangeable parts
Any help with info on this bike would be greatly appreciated

I have the 1980 model - not 'special' so i'm intrigued to learn what makes it so..

The 'older' manuals are freely available on ebay and are generally the same. On the later engine I did though encounter a few differences.. e.g. only two generator coils (not three), lower gearbox oil capacity (650 vs 750), different points (be sure to get teh latest year you can) and for some reason my pilot and main jets were smaller sizes than the Haynes manual.. ??

I played at tuning mine a bit so a few things got changed along the way.

Good luck and post a pic of 'the Special' if you have time..

Cheers

JS
