Hi, can anyone help with this problem?

I have just fitted a new gear selector shaft on my sons derbi senda drd 50. its a 2012 model. I have refilled the expansion tank with coolant but there must have an airlock in the system, as the tank level has not dropped and there is no coolant going to the engine . How do i get this working correctly?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, there seems to be very little info for this on line and it seems impossible to get a valid workshop manual.

Usually getting working temp and squeezing all the pipework to loosen air bubbles, then top radiator back up. As for your particular bike I have no clue....
