Spraying matte black

Normally it's prep, prime, sand, paint, sand, lacquer

Is this the same for satin / matte paint?

With matte black it seems to be the general rules is spray over everything including the stickers

Yeh, I'm not that bad.

Want to do the dash in-fills on the ZZR but don't want to make a huge mess of it

No lacquer normally with matte paint - although you can buy matte lacquer just to make life difficult..!

I thought on plastic that's been painted before you could skip the primer?

If I'm wrong I've just wasted a morning spraying panels
