Vibration at a certain revs usually indicates carbs out of sinc, but also occurring on the the overun would seem to discount this.
Could possibly be something loose.
Try checking engine bolts etc. for tightness.
Sorry .just noticed its a single But still could be something loose as above |

Try to run it at the top of the rev range at least 5 minutes, it'll clean the engine and could help.
