Hi, all this is my first post. I have just bought a yamaha dt lc mk3 1987 but the last lights don't work. It has just passed its mot with its last owner, the headlight and tail work when the bike is.locked, park mode I think. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Also the horn and kill switch work, aswell as the rear brake light. And its just had a new battery.

There is no indicators on it, and some spare connections. But I.believe the loom is used for a few bikes. It has been repaired in the past ad there is different colour wiring snap locked together. On the ignition switch after you lock the steering there is another click where you can lock the bike and leave the lights on, and they work.
Anyone near sheffield who can help.lol

I'd be checking the ignition switch for faults in the "ON" position with a continuity check with a meter! £25 fix if that's your issue
