Been tarted with newer bits (radial brakey stuff etc), making the whole point of owner a 'classic' a bit redundant?

Surprised to see the current bid is £5100.

I would rather buy a standard ZXR750 or ZX7R for £1500. But that's just me.

I cannot appreciate a classic? Or is it? All those new bits make it just an old bike with fancy modern bits.
