With the purchase of my Daytona 675 came a nice shiny set of Pro Mach rearsets.

Now I understand what they're for but how do u adjust them? Is it just a matter of unscrewing them and moving them forward / backwards etc?

How do I know what position is right? Is it best to experiment? I take it a road position is gonna vary greatly from a track one..

Where do I start?

You're wanting to adjust them so that your knees are at the right position for being able to grip the tank and so that the ball of your foot is on the peg.
