Petrol Cap Lock Barrel (gpz 500s if it makes any difference)

Hi, had the key snap in my petrol tank lock and its of course jammed it to the point of no return, I have forced it and got the cap open and removed the catch etc but need a new barrel and keys, ebay and amazon only seem to sell the complete assembly at vast price which I simply don't need. Will a locksmith carry just a barrel or does anyone have any link or info?

Superglue a thick piece of copper wire to the remains of the key in the barrel, once set remove remains and get new key cut, it worked for me!
