Yes its a car not a bike just so we can clear that up first but I'm still stuck. 03 ford ka exhaust manifold+cat removal.
Cannot get the manifold/cat out for shit I've followed the previous instruction to remove air box and disconnect radiator via the sub frame and slide out thus leaving enough room to manoeuvre manifold out, however this particular model had air con! With condenser attached to the rad making it impossible to remove without disconnecting the air con hose, my bro needs his car back tomo, this is my last chance saloon i trust some of you guy so apologies for it being a cage but sometimes life sucks! P.s the question is does anyone know how to get the manifold and cat out without complete removal of air con condenser ?

It's been a while since I last did one of these, so I checked on Autodata and it gives you 2.9 hours to do this job, which includes partial removal of the A/C compressor and recharging the system, so I'm thinking the short answer to your question is no.

B'stard things to work on, it's got far too many things crammed into the engine bay and virtually nothing is as accessible as it needs to be.

While you're in there and assuming it's got PAS, check the reservoir isn't leaking; they crack and dump oil all over the alternator (handily placed directly below) which then fries.
