Can only be one of 3 things:
Fuel
Air
Electrickery

If your spark is a good blue one, then it's got to be one of the other 2. When you cleaned the bottom of your carbs, did you do the rest of them?

Is the plug very wet or very dry after you've tried to start it?

got a good spark,
fuel is squirted when throttle twisted,
but still nothing,
plug seems bit dry,
but fuel can be seen when turning the engine over with plug out.

and easy start does not work
