I posted on here before about my cg125 and was advised I would be best to get a new engine and swap it. I am looking for a new one, but want to be sure I don't get the wrong one. Previously it was suggested I should try and match the year exactly. I wondered if anyone had any advice about how much leeway there is before I start having to do complicated wiring stuff. Mine is an M reg BRA. S 1994/5.

I'd be grateful for any advice about whether it needs to be the same year or if one a year or two out would be OK. I'd also be interested in any ideas of where to get one from other than breakers and Ebay.

thanks in advance.
Ben.
