Suzuki ap 50 wiring

Hi there, I have just bought myself a 2001 suzuki ap 50 as a non running project. I have managed to get the bike to the point where it's turning over after a few broken wire fixes, but there's no spark.
I have a new plug on the way and a battery as these are both pretty shot but one thing that's bothering me is where the wing loom comes to the battery I have the 2 main feeds positive and nefative, but just back a little but there's 2 additional wires that are strapped up with nothing on them.
Can anyone advise what these wires may be for? One black one red, just chopped clean so no sign of what may have been there. I have tried to trace them back but they just disappear back into the main loom, so without a complete strip down of the loom I can't trace them.
