Hole in the underneath of my swingarm?

i have been preparing my bike for it's M.O.T and i have just come across a hole in the underneath part of the swing arm, it's not very big 5mm i would say

Do you think this would make the bike fail it's M.O.T?

Possibly a drain hole, if it is on the side of your chain it might have been where a scotoiler dual oiler attachment was (the hole where the self tapping screw went in).
