Basically building my new machine today, following these instructions...

https://www.prolimatech.com/en/products/detail.asp?id=37&subid=148#showtab

Now, the Intel step 4, with those screwed in, there is a bit of movement. Is this correct before I fully assemble? The heatsink is rather large and would have thought any movement wouldn't be too good for both the board and my CPU Laughing

No, there shouldn't be any movement. It's probably caused by the back-plate rocking on a stud of solder or something.

No solder here bro.

Have spaced correctly for LGA1155 as per instructions.

Photo showing the holes and mounting points.

Only thing I can think of is when the CPU is in it will push the cooler upwards anyway but before I go through the hassle I'd like to rule anything out.

However, thought as its here might as well go all out!

EDIT - its all good, its on and fitted nicely. No movement and hopefully I'll fire it up later!!
