Think Ste, G and me had talked about this months ago and now Bulldog is nearly upon us its time to decide.

Should I some how get my mini moto to the bulldog bash and take it down the drag strip?

Even better does G or Ste wana fix theirs and we'll drag down the strip together. Laughing

Go for it.

Saw one stopped at the traffic lights last night, was well cool.

Didn't know they were road legal.

To make one road legal is more trouble than its worth. As standard they ain't.

Yeah go for it, bear in mind the top speed of a minimoto and the length of the strip, could get messy in a thong if you come off.

I know, the thong would severely hamper the top speed run as they become unstable at high speed. Laughing

As for how I'd get it there.... I have an idea just need to talk to a few people.

Gold.... Does that mean I have to go to Thongs'R'Us again and get yet another one. Laughing

And then it won't match my helmet... Though saying that the leopard skin ones doesn't match the helmet either. Laughing

Slightly off topic (so apologies) but I've just come back from a ride and whilst going through a little village in Gloucestershire called Apperley I came round a blind bend and was confronted by a bloke in a pair of shorts on a mini moto - He obviously knew what he was doing as he was taking the racing line (which goes without saying was my line too Confused ) around the bend and trying to avoid getting his knee down!

How I didn't just ride over the top of him is beyond me - I looked in my mirrors and saw this bloke wobble a little and then get back on track he looked extremely similar to your avatar Hex although I would say he was a Cruiser Weight as opposed to Light Middle Wink

I'd say - go in the thong, except I don't think they'll let you Sad

I vaguely remember them being quite particular about what you were wearing - you had to have 2 piece leathers and I had my jacket done right up to strangle point Shocked

lastyear a lot of people went down in normal trousers, including me at one point but they won't let you down in a thong and I very much doubt they'll even let you down on the minimoto.

I vaguely remember a couple of minimotos going down the track at the Bulldog, either last year or the year before.

If you want to do it, do it! Biking is all about individuality after all..... Laughing

I'll have a go at sorting mine out, but I will not be able to use it, so someone else will have to. Thumbs Up

You didn't have to have two piece leathers, I was going in jeans & textile jacket and they were okay with that. You'll have to get the minimoto through scruntheriring and pay to sign it on. Should be okay I would guess. Very Happy

Never had any problems with them wanting you to have two piece leathers. I was using my textiles most of the time, and jeans and jacket some of the time with no problems at all. Confused

They might do if Gav tries to use the mini moto in a thong. Laughing
