What do they mean by an "e-scooter"? The article says that: "The first e-scooters appeared in Santa Monica, California, two years ago". The small "child's scooter with a motor" have been around a lot longer than that.

It has been alleged (from an unconfirmed source) that the man had read an article about Trump and Epstein in a French paper.
Police are continuing with their enquiries.
