Im struggling to find answers as to my dilemma with my kwak kmx renewing the water pump o rings.

From what i read there is normally two o rings sitting in between the drain hole for water is this the case with my bike ?

Has anyone rebuilt one of these water pumps/shafts ?

Also one of my powervalves are stiff in seating even when not connected to governor rod its the same and baffling me as only seems to be the right side one i am debating filing them down a bit but concerned may take to much off the valve.. Can anyone shed any light?

Don't file the powervalve unless you want to ruin it. Does it turn or slide on your bike?
