As some of you know, I am doing the stator on my Deauville, but am struggling to find a gasket for that particular enginecasing.

Tried ebay, wemoto and general Google searches but cannot find anything.

The bike is a Honda Deauville NT650V4 if anyone wants to try a quick search on my behalf.

Is there any way I could make a gasket for it? And using what parts?

Was thinking about using some cardboard, but there is some oil in that area and not sure if it would leak or not.

Phone David silvers? there are always lots of bits and pieces which they have but don't list for one reason or other. For all of my Hondas they've had obscure parts.

Honda part no. 11395MV1850

Not in stock with David Silver.

Try reusing the existing one first. There's no pressure behind it.

If you can't be bothered to make your own you can always use some Three Bond liquid gasket. Thumbs Up

+1 to this, there are no oilways passing through stator housings and any reasonable quality gasket goo will seal it quite adequately without the need for a gasket.

Cheers for the part number.

The existing one is like black chewing gum.

Sounds like someone has been there before you and used silicone sealant.
