My Peugeot Speedfight 100 was working and running fine until the other day, until it just conked out and is now not starting! Help! I thought it was the spark plug so bought a new one and spark plug cap but its still the same and doesnt start. This Peugeot Speedfight 100 has something wrong with it every week!

Does ayone with any knowledge of a Peugeot Speedfight 100 have any idea whats wrong? Is it the starter motor? Or a problem with the fuel pipe etc? I dont have a clue about a Peugeot Speedfight 100 so would appreciate anyones help.

Heres a video of what it sounds like when trying to start

It sounds to me like the starter motor isn't engaging with the flywheel? or whatever it engages with on a scooter.

It could be any number of things from a dodgy starter motor to a seized engine, although I would have thought you would just get a click when the starter tried to turn the engine over.

I'm assuming it doesn't have a kick start on it? If it does try that and see if it runs. If it doesn't my first check would be the starter motor but someone with more experience of these might have another solution.
